Travis Pomposello

Built from the buyer, seller, and operator sides of agency work.

I’ve spent nearly four decades across media, creative businesses, and corporate leadership. I started at MTV as an intern, then worked across Nickelodeon, Letterman, Discovery, and CBS. Later, I co-founded EPIX, a joint venture of Paramount, MGM, and Lionsgate, and served as a C-suite executive.

On the buying side, I’ve awarded more than $100 million in agency and production contracts. On the selling side, I’ve sold more than $50 million in that work. As an operator, I built and ran my own multimillion-dollar agency and have worked with international agencies pursuing U.S. growth.

Those three perspectives show me how an agency positions, sells, and delivers its work, and what a corporate buyer needs to see before confidently appointing it. This assessment applies that buyer, seller, and operator experience to your agency.
